With our help, it only takes one session for you to become a happy, permanent, non-smoker. The confidential session is one-to-one and lasts approximately 2 hours.
We will spend the first hour discussing your individual smoking habits in much greater detail and getting a deeper understanding of your motivations for becoming a non-smoker. Together, we will then be able to identify all the ways in which your life, and often the lives of those most dear to you, will be improved and extended when you are a permanent non-smoker.

We will spend the second hour using a combination of hypnotherapy and other positive change techniques to achieve success without any unwanted cravings, withdrawal symptoms or weight gain. Hypnosis itself is a wonderfully relaxing experience during which you remain awake and in complete control at all times. It simply allows you to access the parts of your mind that control habits like smoking, that are otherwise hard to reach. At the end of the session you will be free of your smoking habit and will feel incredibly proud of yourself and ready to enjoy a longer, healthier life.
