3 easy steps to becoming a non-smoker

If you want to stop smoking, it really is as easy as the following three steps:

Contact us
Give us a call or drop us an email with a convenient time to call you back. We will have a quick chat to understand your motivations for stopping smoking and answer any questions you have, from who we are, to what it feels like to experience hypnosis, and anything else in between.

Make an appointment
Come to one of our private and comfortable consulting rooms, or we can come to you. We will do our best to accommodate the most suitable time for you.

The session
With our help, it only takes one session for you to become a happy, permanent, non-smoker. The confidential session is one-to-one and lasts approximately 2 hours.

We will spend the first hour discussing your individual smoking habits in much greater detail and getting a deeper understanding of your motivations for becoming a non-smoker. Together, we will then be able to identify all the ways in which your life, and often the lives of those most dear to you, will be improved and extended when you are a permanent non-smoker.

This unique approach enables us to tailor the therapy specifically to you and is one of the reasons why the success rate of those who come to see us, is so exceptionally high compared to other hypnotherapists.

We will spend the second hour using a combination of hypnotherapy and other positive change techniques to achieve success without any unwanted cravings, withdrawal symptoms or weight gain. Hypnosis itself is a wonderfully relaxing experience during which you remain awake and in complete control at all times. It simply allows you to access the parts of your mind that control habits like smoking, that are otherwise hard to reach. At the end of the session you will be free of your smoking habit and will feel incredibly proud of yourself and ready to enjoy a longer, healthier life.
